Our marmalades are homemade by Trisha in her kitchen using traditional recipes and fresh ingredients from other Highland suppliers.
The Seville Orange and Orange Shred Marmalades are made from Seville Oranges in January of each year. Each of the “alcoholic” marmalades is infused with locally distilled gins and whisky.
